Wonderful place to Stay Staffs are too Good in Restaurant Mr. Mangesh & Rahul served food on time with Frendly nature, at reception Ms. Pratiksha & Sunita they treated Royally over all impressive!

Its nice less crowded cool place. Nice to visit in monsoon b enjoy the beach waves.

Summary- You pay for the location, not for the room. Location was superb and the front desk staff (Sunita) was so polite and courteous, it made our stay an overall happy one Rooms were really average considering the ‘deluxe room’ charges- no TV, kettle on request only, bathroom had issues like broken mirror and slow shower (both were promptly fixed the next day though on request)- i do know that all rooms are differently sized and equipped, so someone might’ve a different experience Food- probably off season hence not as great as you’d expect- since we stayed for 5 days, we tried a lot of things on the menu- but nothing apart from the chaat was memorable There’s live music on some days which was really nice I’d say if your main priority is to spend most of your time at Palolem beach, u can stay here for the location for sure. It was the only open hotel at this time, so we were grateful to be able to stay by the beach :)

Friendly front desk but for a resort lacked the amenities. Food was not so natural but the beachside location made up for it.
