everything was good except electricity which is a major issue. Food was excellent, staff were friendly, manager was quick to switch on generator as it was extremely hot in the afternoon and AC was not running due to electricity issue. Overall a good experience.

This stay is in the beach and has private access to the beach. Gives a stunning view of the ocean, a must stay place. Hands down to the Manager Mr. Kuldeep who made sure that our stay is hassle free. All the service provided and the staff were commendable.

Stay was very pleasant. Staff was very polite and friendly and the "Kuldeep" manager was also very helpful and friendly. Overall very nice stay and could be recommended to anyone who wants to stay in south goa in front of beach.

It’s nice beachside property. Easily accessible from main road. Just a small bad patch due to construction work, but it’s manageable. Parking space is also sufficient. Staff and manager are very humble and polite you can ask any help from them. Specially Mr. Kuldeep who is the best host.

Awesome place to visit, less crowded so u can enjoy nature.. Staff is very friendly n cooperative..

We enjoyed our stay at Cuba Patnem very much. It is a quite and relaxed environment with outstanding service from the manager Kuldeep and his staff. They took very good care of us, were kind and service minded. Day and night you could reach out for them. Kuldeep also arranged tuk-tuk for us and taxi to and from the airport. He really had an eye for all his guests. The restaurant runned by Anil was very good..Nice fresh food (Indian as well as European). Anil and his team were also very service minded and really showed attention to their guests. Regarding to the rooms: they were basic and the bed was hard. I felt the matras not comfoprtable.

Kuldeep (the manager) made our stay great. He is always visible for the guests and willing to help and answer questions. Our room was basic but specious. What could be improved to my opinion was the bed, the matres is quite hard and we coould feel the springs while sleeping. The Reataurant Cuba: Was amazing, really friendly staff, and extremely helpful. For Western guests, you can eat here without worrying to get sick due to hygene issues. Everything is really tasteful and good quality. Annil and staff keep an eye on everything and want to make the guests feel comfortable and happy.

One of the best experiences. Humble rooms however are quite spacious and have a great location right on the beach. Food was very tasty and great service. Free wifi available and worked well. They don't have a beach facing room however their restaurant has a great view of the beach. Highly recommend staying here if you are in South Goa and staying in Patnem.

Best location as for views, very good and clean rooms, all services are very good, food is at par, we had food at the hotel restro itself most of the times and the best of the thing is the staff and their behaviour, so polite and lovely. Best place for a stay in south goa in budget, value for money, don’t think twice before selecting.

The hotel's location is highly favorable due to its proximity to the serene beach. The boat ride accessible from the rear of the hotel provided a remarkable experience. The quality of the food was satisfactory.

One the best stay in south goa...best room with excellent service, food quality is awesome , breakfast/lunch/dinner with beach view is extra ordinary. Staff is very humble .
