Excellent location, right on the beach! Great ambience. Rooms are well maintained. Bathroom and fittings could be more maintained though. Water flow speed can be improved.

I stayed here with my family and the experience was surreal. Located right on Patnem beach, this property has all the basic amenities you or your child will need for a relaxed vacation. The restuarant staffs were very courteous and cooperative and adjusted menu items to make it child friendly. The rooms too were clean, spacious and located right on the beach front. Overall, we loved the stay here and will definitely be back here on our next one. I will rate this stay highly and will definitely recommend to kins and friends who are looking for decent beachside stays without putting a hole in your pocket.

Location was beachfront , hence the added advantage. Food was top notch with good serving. Rooms were spacious but need some upgrades . Overall a fantastic hotel to stay.

Loved the 2 days of stay in Cuba, Patnem beach !!! It's a beach front property with direct access to Patnem beach, cool, quite and comfy stay. Enjoyed the hospitality, service and the super tasty food. Must try their fresh masala prawns. Overall , food bill for a family of 3 would come around 4k to 7k for 2 days. Hookah was good. The feeling of chilly winter breeze on your chicks with hookah and sweet sea waves sound hits different. Best memories of 2025. Would definitely visit if I get a chance again.
