You will get direct access from hotel to the beach.

For me the only plus point was location, rest was just okay, not good not bad. Rooms were not well maintained, in an ac std room, there was only 1 bulb, no tv, small cupboard and also mosquitoes

Not so hygienic place as compared to other options on Pallolem beach, washrooms are dirty so be ready if you want to stay. The restaurant had a great taste, I'll recommend you to try it once.

Very good

The location is best point for above stay as rooms are not as expected for the prices they demand. The rooms are not beach facing, have problem of broken taps and lack of facilities like tv but directly opens into palolem beach. The beach facing side is restourant so you can enjoy all your meals slowly with sound of ocean waves and with sight people walking by beach.

Resturant staff are so good and polite with their guest and have good sense of humor
