Great location. The place is located just on beach with only the restaurant in between hotel and beach. Rooms are spacious and comfortable but little improvement in hospitality will help. Though the tariff for room is more than 3000 they don't provide a single bottle of water or tea facility in room. Toiletries provided are basic. Irrespective of this when you are in Goa the most important point is to be near beach which is completely fulfilled by the place. Would surely like to visit again.
