Dirty bathrooms

We stay three days here. Staffs are very courteous specially PINTU who took good care of us. Breakfast was awesome.Location is fantastic.

Good place to stay

I had to give three to this. In the beginning, they offered us a horrible room with a bad smell and dim, annoying light. In desperation, we shifted to a better room, for a thousand rupees more. Comparatively, it was neat and good, we stayed in the room for hours as it rained outside.The land phone wasn't working, the television started switching on and off at regular intervals and the service was bad. They lured us into paying for an extra tea, and gave us an old menu(showed us the expensive one that they followed while billing). Thankfully there were many other places to eat around Palolem. It was raining so heavily the water flooded the room to ankle length.On the real side, what made this a three-star rating is an absolutely spectacular location right on the beach Not recommended but not so bad as well.
