It's located bang on the entrance of palolem beach which is a big plus. The rooms are big and comfortable. However the airconditioner seemed to be ineffective in cooling the room during the day. Also it would be better if there was a mini fridge in the room. The bar and dining area are sea facing and serve decent drinks and food. There is a playing area for kids with a trampoline and hammocks.. It's a pet friendly property so that is big plus. Overall a decent place to stay if travelling on a budget. Also it stays open throughout the year
