A nice, cozy and clean resort so close to the beach.

Amazing place, raising waves, less crowded as on 1st March 2021, water sports available and good food close by

So the place is located right at the beach. Location is the best part of the property. The property is green and colorful. But sadly not well maintained... The standard rooms are very bad... The garden vote rooms are better. But nothing is maintained.. room cleaning happens only if u ask them to.. otherwise your room will stay dirty and unkept even for 3 days. The food is below average. Room service is really delayed to the level that the food u recieve is cold !! Like it was left out after preparing for atleast 30-40 mins that too under fan. The only benefit of staying here was the location. So we happily spent a lot of time on the beach and walked to the market street and other cafes situated on the main street conveniently. Also u get better deals of this resort online .. the resort other wise charge 20-30 % higher rates for walk-ins and direct bookings.

Amazing n relaxing

Best place for water sports and dolphin view.

Very close to beach, just few seconds one walk, one can touch the beach. Very comfortable cottages to stay in Premises also very calm and at very reasonable price as compare to other cottages in Palolem. Sanju the owner is very friendly and helpful. He also arranged kayak and boat ride for butterfly beach and so.

Not bad not good

We had been there for food only. Taste is awesome. Simply loved it. Great ambience just made us to go there.

A good 3 star hotel, one of the best thing about resort is location since it is located next to beach
