Loved the location , very close to the beach

Its a cosy place right on the beach that’s so calm and with less tourists. The rooms need a bit of more care especially with the doors. Restaurant was working anytime with the right people. Parking place is so cramped and the way to the place is JUST one way. Second car opposite wouldn’t fit. A surfing board or something can b provided like the adjacent hotels.. Overall… not bad. Got some good memories

By the beach...excellent service....comfortably large rooms. The restaurant is good for a decently priced meal though there are shacks along the beach, a stone's throw away which have excellent food...returning here again for sure

We were a group of 5 friends staying here for 3 nights. The rooms were big and spacious with all the basic amenities and would give you a feeling of living in a small cottage whoch is how they are designed. The staff was amicable and responsive to all our requests. The food was greatalong with the view this place offers. A must stay place if you love the quiet offbeat life.

I stayed here with my sister for 3 nights and 4 days. We had a wonderful experience. It's on the beach so making it very easy to go into the waters at any time. They're extremely hospitable and kind. The food is great! I am certainly going to prefer this place again when I visit south Goa. As 2 women traveling alone, we felt super safe here. Just go with it, you won't regret! ❤️

Location is good...right on beach..clean and large rooms...quite and calm..food is good...4 wheeler parking available

Right on the beautiful Patnem beach with Spacious, comfortable rooms, food was excellent...very attentive and efficient staff..must visit...will highly recommend this place...coming back for sure 😊
