The property was maintained beautifully, the staff provided excellent service, and the off-season timing made it very peaceful. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Patnem Beach, but be prepared—there are quite a few stray dogs roaming around, often outnumbering the tourists!"

I stayed in the Sea View Deluxe Room. Honestly, the room felt overpriced for what it offers. Some very basic amenities were missing, which you normally expect even in simple properties. Considering the price of the deluxe sea-view room, it should have been better maintained and equipped.

Pros: Location. It is literally on beach, Patnem beach. It is a beautiful beach in South Goa (very south), very less crowded. They have beach beds and restaurant. The beach has multiple shacks as well with great food. Staff is also very nice and friendly. Resort has lots of cats and it is very green. Cons: lizards and insects. Way too much. The rooms are made from cheap wood, and they have gaps. So lizards will come regularly. Along with other insects. Rooms are decent, not extremely clean, but it will do. We stayed for 3 nights and had plumbing issues for a brief time. Water stopped abruptly. Thankfully it came back automatically. Also, it's location is also a bit hassle. It is extremely south (only few kms away from Karnataka border). So if you plan to visit anywhere assume it will take you 2hrs one way. Bottom line: Good beach stay if you don't mind pests

The hotel is on the patnem beach itself which is the most positive point about the property. Although the rooms are big but amenities are basic. No TV unit, no mini fridge. Bathroom and room were clean. The biggest issue we faced was with the AC. It didn't work properly and the room was hot even after hours of AC left on. When complained we were told it is because of excessive hot weather during afternoon. But I doubt that either the AC was not working properly or was a smaller for the big sized room. The restaurant was good with decent breakfast (english style). Could be improved by offering more choices like fruits. Garden and hotel premises are beautiful. Only issue I faced was AC and lesser amenities at the price paid. May be hotel is charging that due to its location.

I had an excellent stay at Cuba Patnem. The room, the staff, the location, everything was perfect and I wish I could have stayed longer. I totally recommend for parents coming with young kids. The restaurant area is very safe and has a lot of space for them to play. It's very calm and quiet at night as well. Rooms are very clean, and the food delicious! We will come again. Thank you to the entire team.
